Custom Table Tennis :: Blades :: TSP Phoenix Fire OFF Blade

TSP Phoenix Fire OFF Blade
TSP Phoenix Fire OFF Blade
The name we have chosen for our new blade arises out of the parallel to the Phoenix Firebird in the ancient mythology. During the production the blade is treated with fire whereby the oxygen is taken out of the wood. The resulting high quality, dynamical TSP blade is a complete new innovation - a true Phoenix rising out of the ashes.

TSP is well known for their great quality blades. With Phoenix Fire OFF we have stepped up to a new dimension! Convince yourself of the new Phoenix Fire OFF! The dynamic in this blade comes from the Kiri core and layers of Awan.

With this combination and the special manufacturing process, we have successfully invented a very hard and firm blade, which offers good control, and therefore is an interesting alternative to the other blades composed of well-known materials such as Carbon, Balsa or Arylates.

The interaction of the material and the method of processing make it possible to have a very soft touch in the serve and receive game, as well as the favoured catapult effect when hitting the ball.

Hi Everyone, Custom Table Tennis would like to congratulate Simon Noutch at the end of his first season using TSP products, here is what Simon has to say; Since using TSP rubbers and blade I have achieved success both nationally and overseas. I was captain of Yorkshire senior first team and got us promoted back to the premier league at the first time of asking. In senior British league, I signed for Ormesby first team and have helped the team reach the division 1 play off’s to be held on 19/20 May. The team finished top of the South, West, North Division and I had a win percent of 82% (winning 23 out of 28 matches, I was the only player to play in all matches throughout the season for my team). Overseas, this is my first year playing for TTC Smash Aarschot in the Belgian national league. I have a 100% record for the team, who pay for me to fly out and play in the ‘big’ matches. The team finished top of the league and I am looking forward to playing for them again next season. On the national circuit, I have only managed to play in 1 grandprix this year due to my course commitments. I reached the semi-final of the band 1 mens, beating number 1 seed Gary Dodd from Guernsey and then losing out deuce in the fifth to Matt Dodds. I lost in the last 16 round in the mens to Peter Graham. I use the Trinity Carbon blade, with Agrit on my forehand and Rise on my backhand. I was slightly worried about the transition phase going from Joola to TSP but the blade and rubbers have exceeded my expectations and have improved my performances and consistency this year. I enjoy playing with the blade which is light, yet has enough speed and control to suit my attacking game. Likewise the Agrit rubber is fast, yet has control when I need it and the Rise rubber is ideal for use on my backhand, particularly with spinning the ball and counter attacking over the table. The clothing is fashionable and lightweight, so is ideal for playing table tennis and I look forward to continuing using TSP in the future. Simon Noutch
