The heart of the blade is the central core produced from Balsa cross cut wood using vertically lined wood fibres with outer horizontal plys incorporating fibre glass. The vertical core acts like a series of mini springs and combined with the fibre glass creates an extremely precise and uniform bounce without vibration. The large deformation of the surface results in a massive sweet spot which in turn gives excellent feeling and control when compared to the dynamic speed of the blade. The lightness of the blade is appreciated by many players. Each blade features a different millimetre increase in the thinckness of the Balsa core. All at a very light weight ranging from 70g – 85g.
